To assist us in delivering precision turned components, we use a Doosan automatic lathe with bar feeding capabilities from Diameter 20mm to diameter 80mm bar
CNC MILLING
To assist us in production of high quality machined parts we use milling machines that have a travel of 1000x500mm that we produce both 2D and 3D components
MANUAL MACHINING
Our highly experienced and skilled team are able to draw upon many years of experience to assist in the production of complex and bespoke components. We often need to revert to traditional methods such as machining using EDM machines, Surface Grinding, Turning and Milling. Some examples of these machines are shown opposite.
DESIGN
Our highly experienced team is able to assist our clients in the early stages of development and design of plastic and rubber mould tooling, jigs and fixtures.
